Create your Ticket

Access Your Portal

 
To access your personalized portal and manage your account, simply click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select "My Account." This will take you to your dashboard where you can:

  • View and manage your account information
  • Track your tickets, quotations, tasks and billing
  • Submit support tickets

Create New Ticket

To create a new ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "New Ticket" button: Locate the blue "New Ticket" button on the left side of the page, right below the "Tickets" section.
  2. Fill in the ticket details: Once you click the button, a new form will appear. Fill in the required information, such as:
    • Category: Select the appropriate category for your ticket (e.g., Technical, Functional, Billing, etc.)
    • Project: If applicable, choose the relevant project.
    • Subject: Briefly describe the issue or request.
    • Description: Provide a detailed explanation of the problem or your inquiry.
    • Attachments: If necessary, upload any relevant files.
  3. Submit the ticket: After filling out the form, click the "Submit Ticket" button to send your request to the support team.

You will receive a confirmation message and a ticket number. You can track the progress of your ticket and view updates in your portal.

Following Up on Existing Tickets:

Log in to your account: If you haven't already, log in to your account on the https://www.ohint.net/my/tickets page. 

This ensures you have access to your personal ticket history.
