Partner terms & conditions

To be an OHINT partner

Summary terms — the full agreement is provided on approval and prevails.

  1. Eligibility: partners are vetted businesses (implementers, Odoo partners, resellers) approved by OHINT before activation.
  2. Customer management: a partner may onboard and manage multiple customer databases under one partner organization, each isolated and licensed separately.
  3. Licensing & billing: partner pricing and margins apply; the partner is responsible for fees on the databases it manages per the commercial schedule.
  4. Data protection: partners access customer data only to deliver services, must keep it confidential, and must comply with applicable data-protection law.
  5. Acceptable use: no reselling outside the program, no exposing the ERP directly, and adherence to OHINT security requirements on every database.
  6. Termination: either party may end the partnership with notice; customer continuity and data export are handled per the agreement.
  7. These summary terms are a draft for review and do not constitute the final contract.
