You will have access to our support team via email or live chat on the website. Our support team is available Saturday to Thursday, 24/7, in both Arabic and English languages.

A paid user is defined as an employee or user who has or will have an account on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the backend interface (create and edit mode). External users such as customers or suppliers who are considered users in the portal (Portal User) are not counted.

For example:

An employee who submits expense reports or logs their time will be counted as a user.

An external accountant who uses the ERP system to work on your numbers will be counted as a user.

Customers and suppliers who have access to their invoices online will not be counted as users.

Visitors to the Odoo website will not be counted as users.

Users of the Ohint application for attendance and departure registration will not be counted as users.

We provide functional support and bug fixing services on standard features, 24/5, in English/Arabic via email. A dedicated consultant is available in our Function Support Per Hour.

Some Apps are built on top of others, meaning those Apps require their parent App to operate. For example, Assets is dependent on the Accounting App. In order to activate Assets, you will also need to install Accounting to inherit its parent functionalities.

When using ERP Online, you can download a backup of your database at any time through the FTP Or Next Cloud Account. You own your data!

Our cloud infrastructure runs on the specific version of Odoo with regular upgrades. On-premise users must use the same version of Odoo. If you would like to switch from Odoo Online to Odoo On-Premise. We add extra cost for our own modules (like Petty Cash & requasation ), and this cost depends on what's the extra apps will be installed deferrant than the free modules.

Hintegration also provides a service to help you switch from Odoo-ERP On-premise to Odoo Online of charge if your local database uses the latest stable version. For more details or questions, please feel free to contact us.  ​
